BIOGRAPHY OF MICHAEL J. VERNON:
Michael J. Vernon is not only licensed as a real estate agent but also as a mortgage broker in Pennsylvania, as well as owner of a title & escrow company. Michael has over 12 years of related real estate experience.
In the past, Michael has served as President Elect of the Pennsylvania Association of Mortgage Brokers, a not-for-profit organization that has over 800 members within the state of Pennsylvania. Michael has also held the technology for the National Association of Mortgage Brokers.
Michael is a certified instructor, teaching continuing education and sales courses nationwide, adding to his expertise in of the real estate & lending. Some of the courses include State law, Federal law, RESPA, Predatory Lending, Ethics, Customer Relationship and many more.
On A Personal Note
Michael is an honorably discharged petty officer of the United State Navy. Michael was stationed aboard the USS Acadia and was later was deployed to the Persian Gulf to work on the USS Stark that was attacked by a Mirage F-1 fighter jet from the Iraq’s military on March 17th, 1987
Michael and his wife, Jo, live in Ligonier Pennsylvania. Michael has a son, Jeremy. A husband, father, business man and Real Estate Agent, Michael holds true to his core values and moral integrity. His personal and business motto is, “People & Personal service before Profits”.
